Will it survive a hot car in summer?
The vacuum-lock design doesn’t rely on a traditional adhesive mount to stay attached. For the best hold, install it on a clean, smooth surface and re-secure it whenever needed.
Will it fit my phone and my case?
Works with most smartphones and phone cases. For phones that don’t attach magnetically on their own, simply use the included magnetic ring. Very thick or rugged cases may reduce the magnetic hold.
What surfaces can I mount it to?
For the strongest hold, use a clean, smooth, flat, non-porous surface such as glass. Textured, curved, leather, fabric, or porous surfaces may not create a proper vacuum seal.
Will it damage my dashboard or windshield?
The mount is designed to be removable without drilling or permanent installation. Release the vacuum before removing it rather than pulling the mount directly from the surface.
What if the suction starts feeling weaker?
Dust or debris can weaken the seal. Clean the suction surface according to the product care instructions, let it fully dry, and reinstall it on a clean surface.
Does it charge my phone?
No. This is a magnetic phone mount, not a wireless charger. You can still connect your normal charging cable while your phone is mounted.
